RebookAI — try it yourself

A patient misses an appointment. RebookAI notices on its own, messages them a card with new times, and the moment they tap one the appointment is really moved and a confirmation goes out. Run that whole journey with your own email (and, optionally, your own phone).

How the RCS part works

Our RCS agent is in AWS's test mode, which only messages phones registered as test devices. We register yours for you; AWS then sends you a message from “RBM Tester Management”. Tap Make me a tester (it can take up to 20 minutes). You need an RCS-capable phone: Android with Google Messages (chat features on) or an iPhone on iOS 18+ (check “Unknown Senders” if you don't see it). RCS isn't available in every country (for example India today). If anything doesn't work we automatically switch you to the email version, so you always get to finish.

Email only — I don't have an RCS phone (or don't want to wait)
I own this email address (and phone number, if I entered one) and agree to receive a few demo messages from RebookAI. Nothing real is booked. My details are deleted within 7 days.

Times will be shown in your time zone:

      What you're seeing

Detect — a sweep finds the appointment that started 40 minutes ago and was never attended (same rule as the production sweep).
Reach — an RCS carousel via AWS End User Messaging (SendRcsMessage), or email via Amazon SES (SendEmail) if RCS can't reach you.
Tap — your tap comes back through an SNS topic to a Lambda that moves the appointment in DynamoDB with one atomic, idempotent update.
Confirm — an SES confirmation email (plus an RCS ping if you used RCS).

source code · Demo only — no real appointments. Details auto-delete after 7 days; you can delete them any time from the progress screen.
